Fix nightly build (#632)

* Bump JDK version

* Fix: Use sonar.token instead of deprecated login

* Test if sonar has a problem with doctype

* Exclude website-folder from sonar scan

* Fix: Replace another sonar.login

* Exclude website-folder also on develop-build
